Let's start!
Do not forget the drop shadow to add to your items.
For my shadow I am using the filter-3D Shadom Lokas Software, a great filter
which is
free!
1.
Open your template "TEMPLATE DBA 145" and close the layer "Layer1
& Shape1".
2.
Close these layers: "copy Shape 2, Shape 2 copy
11, 8.6, 5, 3".
And merge the remaining layers -> Layers->
Merge-> Merge visible.
And rename this layer " hearts1". Close
the Hearts layer and reopen the other 6 :
"Shape 2 copy, Shape 2 copy 11, 8.6, 5, 3" and
merge visible and then rename" Hearts 2 ".

Open "Vivis_designs_paillettes1" that
you will find in your supplies, copy paste as new layer and position towards
the top as in my result above.
Duplicate this layer -> Layers-> Duplicate-> Image->
Invert.
4.
Open a new layer by -> Layers-> New raster layer and fill with
#1B1919 and move this layer to the bottom.
Rename "Background" and make your image
bigger
-> Image-> Canvas Size 650x630
and close this layer.
Add another layer above the background and fill it with a color you've chosen.
I used #BDBAA8
Open your mask "MelyCuties_mask7" in PSP.
Apply your mask -> Mask -> New -> From an image-> Ok Then Masks->
Delete.
5.
Open "Vivis_designs_shape" Then copy and paste as
new layer above the mask.
Then colour as you wish and lower the opacity of this layer to
65%.
6.
Go to your layer "hearts 1" and
with the Replacer tool and fill the color # D8D5C7 if
you are using the same tube as me. Otherwise pick a color from your tube.
Go to your "hearts2" and using the
Replacer tool, change the color to #000000.
Apply the Eye Candy Filter "hearts 1"
.
Click on Filters-> Alien Eye Candy 5 Impact-> Nature->
Corona
with the following settings:
To add your own colors click on the small pots of paint and pick your colors and
ok.
Do the same with the layer "hearts2" ,
using the same settings but change the colors like this:
Click on the small pots of paint -> ok:
7.
Open "Vivis_designs_JFIAL_Flower" ,
recolour if needed and copy paste as new layer.
Apply the same filter through -> Filters-> Alien Eye Candy 5
Impact-> Nature-> Corona with these settings:
Posption it on the left as in my result
-> Layers-> Duplicate-> Image-> Mirror.
8.
Put yourself on the layer Shape1 and take your
Replacement tool and fill with
#000000 or a colour of your choice.
Then click on Selections-> Select All-> Selections >
Float> Selections > Defloat-> Invert
Copy paste your tube as new layer and place it on the left as in my result
and hit delete on your keyboard.
Then copy and paste your tube a second time and position on the right as in my
result above. Remove the excess with your lasso tool.
Settings for the lasso tool:
Type of selection: Freehand
Progressivity: 1
Anti-alias: checked

Open your WordArt "UGIlovetwighlight" or
the one you have chosen. Copy paste as new layer and apply the Impact Eye
Candy filter.
Click on Filters-> Alien Eye Candy 5 Impact-> Nature->
Corona with the following settings:
Change your colors if needed
And place as in my result. Then duplicate thise Wordart layer.
And re-apply the filter: Alien Eye Candy 5 Impact->
Nature-> Corona but with the following settings:
Then -> Effects-> 3D Effects->
Inner Bevel with
these settings:

Resize your tag to 80%. Add the credits then ->
Layers-> Merge-> Merge visible layers. Your tag is now finished.
Save your tag in JPG.
