Pour les cheveux vous pouvez faire ->Calques -> Dupliquer le calque cheveux et fermer le deuxième calque de cheveux.
Allez sur le premier calque de cheveux et lui mettre la couleur de votre choix avec l'outil Gomme sélective:
For the hair you can do -> Layers -> Duplicate the hair layer and close the second hair hair.
Go to the first hair layer and colour as you wish using the selective eraser tool:

Avec les configurations suivantes: With the following configurations:

Ouvrir le deuxième calque cheveux -> Mode Mélange comme ceci:
Open the second hair layer -> Change the Layer Blend Mode to:
